Dr Ben Ashby is Clinical Services Director at Specsavers Australia & New Zealand, with responsibility for clinical performance, optometry professional development, professional services and the development of clinical systems.

Dr Ashby is the Vice President of Glaucoma Australia. He sits on the Telehealth Working Group and the Glaucoma clinical guidelines working group at Optometry Australia. He is on the Advisory Borads of UNSW, QUT, Deakin University, UWA, Keepsight and UC, an Adjunct Lecturer at UNSW, and an Honorary Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland.
