Paul Mitchell AO, is the Director of the Centre For Vision Research at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research.
He is currently an (Emeritus) Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Sydney (Westmead Hospital).
He works clinically as a medical retina specialist at Sydney West Retina in Westmead, and at Westmead Hospital. His clinical focus is on managing AMD, diabetic retinopathy, and other vascular retinopathies and the effects of systemic diseases on the eye.
