By completing this registration and participating in this event, the attendee agrees to all responsibility of the risks for attending the event.

Any photographs, images and videos taken during the event are property of Specsavers and will be used on Specsavers media outlets including websites, social media, and printed materials. If you do not wish for your photograph, image and or videos to be used for Specsavers promotional purposes please advise in writing to The Production House Events at info@tphe.com.au

Please note that all ticket pricing is in AUD. If delegates are based in New Zealand or other countries, please be aware that when the payment is processed the total amount will be converted to AUD.

Please carefully select the correct payment type noting if you are using a local Australian credit card or an International non-Australian credit card.

International credit cards attract a higher fee from the payment gateway, as such a higher surcharge is required. If the wrong payment type is selected you will be contacted to rectify the fees charged.

Please note the following credit card surcharges apply:

Mastercard / VISA – 1.75%
AMEX – 2.25%
International cards – 4%

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to The Production House Events via info@tphe.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.

Registration cancellations received up to 16 June 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 16 June 2024.

As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person (for the same registration category) without receiving any extra cost penalty. Please note that no credit card surcharges will be refunded at any time. The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

In the instance that the SCC 2024 physical event cannot proceed or a registered delegate can not attend due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. COVID19 border closures), all registrations will be transferred to virtual tickets. No administration fee will apply in such a case, and you will be refunded the difference in registration fees. You will be allocated the equivalent virtual registration based on the date you registered. I.e. If you registered to attend in-person at the early bird rate, you will be allocated an early bird virtual registration.
